I&E Systems is one of Australia’s leading instrument, electrical and safety system engineering companies. Based in Perth, Western Australia we are 100% Australian owned and have been operating for over 20 years. I&E Systems started in 1991 as a joint venture between the companies, Worley and Exearne, to design and install the Reliability Upgrade of the North Rankin A platform for Woodside Offshore Petroleum. The project was a resounding success and awarded the Engineering Excellence Award in 1994 by the Institute of Engineers Australia. Subsequently the joint venture was incorporated and renamed I&E Systems. As of March 2020 Exearne is in full control of I&E Systems with the ending of the joint venture with Worley. I&E will continue to work with Worley as an electrical engineering and control system solutions provider for current and future projects. For the past 21 years we have retained our focus on design, configuration and commissioning of control, safety, SCADA, turbo machinery and power systems. Our expertise in the area of Complex Brownfield Replacements & Upgrades is unsurpassed and we are the only independent, non-vendor company in the world with TUV certification for Functional Safety Management in safety related systems integration. At I&E Systems we continually strive to find innovative ways to enhance the accuracy and cost-effectiveness of our work. Our systems engineering software, DAD, is testament to this. DAD’s System Information Model Solution delivers unparalleled design exactness whilst reducing baseline costs by up to 60%. Since 1997, DAD, has been used on over 60 projects with complete success. Our work demands integrity and precision and we pride ourselves on our record for design accuracy, functional safety and adherence to schedule & budget.
