Cambridge Assessment is a not-for-profit non-teaching department of the University of Cambridge. It provides education assessments for over 8 million learners in over 170 countries and marked by over 30,000 examiners every year. I lead a number of Infrastructure teams, Servers and Storage, Monitoring, Data Centre Operations, Environments, Networks and Data Services (the Database Administration team). I am also Project Executive and Senior Supplier responsible for delivery of the Infrastructure Programme, a multi project initiative to improve performance across all IT services. The Infrastructure Programme elements include Disaster Recovery, Cloud Adoption, Refreshing the Environment Landscape, Data Centre Roadmap, Capacity and Growth, Removing Complexity and Service Upgrades.

I was responsible for the technical strategy of the division and all top tier technical teams who architect, engineer, operate and support the services.
