Senior Manager, Cloud & Hosting Technology ImplementationIbm May 2019 - Sep 2021NewburyFollowing a TUPE transfer from Vodafone to IBM I led an Agile team of 100+. Achievements:• Initially, a key part of my role was to facilitate the successful and positive landing of the Vodafone account into IBM – technically and culturally. For example, I introduced initiatives for managers to ensure they felt able to support their teams during and after the transfer e.g. Gallup’s CliftonStrengths Assessment. I subsequently decreased costs, increased gross profit, improved service quality, and transformed work processes.• Another key part of my role was to support two employee consultation programmes as the management representative. I was awarded for leading with a positive, cooperative, and constructive approach.
