Finance and non-Finance stakeholders do not speak different languages!I have spent most of my career helping colleagues achieve that same understanding, by clearly presenting financial and non-financial insight to a wide range of stakeholders. This has supported fact-based decision making to drive the achievement and outperforming of company objectives.I am currently working as a Senior Finance Business Partner at the Construction Industry Training Board, supporting Strategic spend teams as well as key overhead areas of the organisation. I have also worked in commercially focused roles at companies including Petainer UK Holdings, Solo Cup Europe, Del Monte, Albert Fisher Group among others. I have a great deal of pride in my career to date and the companies I have worked for.I am CIMA qualified with eighteen years post qualification experience. I am enthusiastic, dedicated and efficient in my work and I work well within a team and on my own initiative.
