Development and implementation of ‘New Deal’ personal development ‘Coaching for Employment’ programme for Knowsley Metropolitan Borough Councils ‘Knowsley Works’. The ‘Deal Me In’ programme for City of Edinburgh Council & ‘Unlimiting Potential’ programme for Liverpool City Council. This involved working with previously chronically unemployed adults of all ages, starting with a 4-day workshop and continuing with a follow up course of Skill Development sessions. The programme was successful for over 8 years and gained three National Awards, with over 1,850 graduates.Delivering training's and workshops across the full range of Grit, UK product areas, mainly focusing on training coaches, coaching and training 'at risk' adults and designing bespoke programmes for communities. I also engaged in client management across the UK.
