I have over 15 years experience in the broadcast environment, creating football programming for a wide number of British football teams.I am currently working as a Digital Asset Manager, setting up and running the ingest, archive and distribution of 1000s of football assets to the likes of SKY, IMG, Everton FC, OPTA and numerous other organisations big and small. This leans on my experience setting up and implementing a tape library at the same company and my years of experience working with these assets.I have worked on and overseen more than 100 football programme productions including initial concept presentation, filming, interviewing, scriptwriting, footage acquisition, research, edit and author.Clubs produced for include Tottenham Hotspur, Arsenal, Everton, Aston Villa, Chelsea, Manchester City, Glasgow Rangers and many more of the top British teams.I have worked as Producer and editor with ITV & British Pathe to bring programming to Worldwide market as well as having close ties with BBC, SKY, IMG and many of the footballing federations including The FA, UEFA and the Premier League.I pride myself on my creative approach, organisational skills and ability to work with minimal support. I'm a hard worker who is experienced working to hard deadlines. As well as working with, and taking direction from upper management at football clubs, I have also worked on a number of national programming allowing me creative freedom and final cut.Well versed with Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop and DVD Studio Pro as well as overseeing editors with programmes such as Lightwave, Cinema 4D & After Effects and cameramen on a variety of different shooting environments and styles.

The programme was presented as a discussion show and my role included- Initial concept presented to the Head of Retail at Newcastle United- Research on the players to include in the shortlist- Creation of player sticker graphics using photoshop- booking cameramen, sound & lighting for days filming- Going out on the streets around the ground to interview fans on the programmes subject- Booking former players Bobby Moncur (captain of last major honours winner for Newcastle) and John Anderson, as well as a local journalist to form the panel of guests - this would make up the bulk of the programme- Booking commentator Jon Champion to present the programme- Working with the clubs social media department to get questions out to the fans on Facebook & Twitter about the programmes subject- Liaising with the club to orgainse the main filming day, including the location shoot at St. James' Park.- Producing the filming day and directing the guests/presenter with what I required for the programme- Working the autocue on the filming day- Briefing in and working closely with a graphics editor to generate the required graphics for the programme- Gathering all the assets and editing them together to create the finished programme- Export, compression and author of the programme- Upload of the completed master after completing amends and comments from the club.I had a hand in every aspect of this production from concept to final upload
