Engenious Impact’s Director and Lead Coach Graham Jones believes that a whole-person approach to development also brings about change for whole organisations. Starting with self, he aids decision-making and enables leaders to become more valuable to the system in which they operate.Graham works with exceptional leaders and executives operating in complex environments and experiencing competing priorities, helping them to gain personal and organisational clarity of thinking. Graham’s approach involves identifying current thinking, in order to move towards a new perspective that opens the door to personal, professional and business solutions.A co-designed journey guided by a structured approach, Graham utilises the 5 C’s of the Positive Impact Pathway and the Engenious Toolkit, created to support leaders while maintaining their sense of agency. While ever-changing pressures are here to stay, a focus on emotional regulation builds the necessary muscle to thrive in future challenging environments.Recently relocated to Australia from the UK, Graham’s practice is grounded in rigorous training and global experience working with leadership and organisations. Together with his qualifications as a cognitive and behavioural therapist, Graham’s previous roles at board and leadership level in sports organisations, and his work with other private and public sector businesses, provide the strategic view on complex, adaptive organisations, as well as understanding leadership, team and people development.In equal measures empathetic and motivating, Graham is known for his ability to create a calm, safe and positive space for people to grow, with a commitment to deep listening and inspiring clients to own their experience and confidently take action.
