I was promoted to store 2IC and then Store Manager and during that time, oversaw all the operations requirements of a retail outlet including weekly stocktakes, ordering and receiving stock, staff management and rostering, merchandising, etc. Working closely with sales and installation staff resulted in meeting and exceeding store KPI’s and budgets and the store I managed was recognised as one of the best performing across the group.
