Providing techincal support for Apple products.

Working for Apple is my first job following my University degree. My responsibilities within the company are to provide an excellent level of customer service and helping maintain a high level of brand value. My time at Apple has seen me deepen my technical knowledge greatly and in October 2011, I completed the qualification allowing me to take training sessions and to repair Apple’s small devices.My main evolution in my time at Apple has been becoming an integral part of the business team in the store. Here my role is to show small to medium sized business how they can benefit from using Apple products within their company. This particular role has really tested my ability to learn on the fly and adapt to an ever changing environment. Working with businesses can provide a number of challenges as each business has specific needs and requires a different solution from us. It is my job to research all aspects of the customers business to ensure that the solution provided is the perfect one for them, while at the same time keeping up with Apple’s impeccable standard when it comes to customer service.
