With 25 years of experience in QA and Testing I have taken on many roles from Test Engineer to QA Director, dedicating a great part of my career to managing teams and projects. I have a proven record in successfully setting up QA departments from scratch within agile and non-agile environments, on-boarding and developing QA teams as well as implementing test processes, strategies and tools. I have built up a strong background in sectors such as banking & finance, the medical industry, mobile applications development as well as online gaming and help also companies and QA Managers build and improve their departments and teams within these sectors.Currently I am working as Managing Director of nexo QA, a company specialising in Software Testing & Quality Engineering, providing management consulting, coaching, mentoring, profesional training as well as organising events.Being passionate about software testing, I use a lot of my spare time to promote and grow the local software testing community in Spain, holding regular meetups and social get-togethers as well as collaborating with local universities promoting software testing as a profession.
