With over 14 years of work experience in the IT industry, I am a customer success account manager at Microsoft, where I help Partners achieve their business goals and outcomes with Microsoft 365 and Azure solutions. I hold a CompTIA Project+ certification including many Microsoft certifications and have expertise in customer relationship management (CRM) and problem solving. Previously, I was the director of customer experience at Palmetto Technology Group (PTG), a Microsoft partner and a leading managed service provider in the Southeast. There, I led a team of account managers and service delivery professionals to deliver exceptional service and support to our clients. I also contributed to PTG's recognition as a top Microsoft partner and a best place to work in South Carolina.
