Hard working, honest, intelligent and a high achiever best describes who I am. My current occupation is Commis Chef at The Russell Restaurant which is located in Navan. On a daily basis I am tested with short deadlines, working in a highly pressurized and extremely difficult environment, one where there is no room for error. I think the competencies and skills acquired here can be applied anywhere and especially in my industry.I am currently a final year level 8 business honours degree student, specializing in the restaurant industry. I have a passion for food and people, I believe I can combine the two in the restaurant industry. My ambition is to open my own chain of restaurants globally and some day receive a MIchellin Star both as a chef and restaurant.My best trait is the fact that I am a winner, I displayed this playing for my county and province in GAA and rugby respectively. I played in Croke Park on All-Ireland final day and I have won various championships over the years. My work style is in the first instance is to acquire the requiste skills to discharge the role and ultimately to work as a valued team member and lead when required. The important character traits that I bring to any role I learned at a very age playing team sports where you had a job to do and a place within the team.
