I serve as a trusted business partner for the President and the Board of Directors. I manage all accounting, human resources, treasury, risk management, and information systems. I developed and implemented a financial planning process including strategic and operating plans. I improved the information systems and closing process to provide timely and reliable reporting of operational and financial information. I am the lead negotiator for all due diligence, acquisitions, and divestitures of assets.

A $200M portfolio company of The Carlyle and Riverstone Private Groups that manufactures and distributes steel and fiberglass oil storage tanks and equipment in eight locations. Standardized the month end accounting process. Consolidated accounting functions, thus reducing staff. Revised manufacturing cost accounting system to more accurately track labor, material and overhead variances. Assisted the PE Group in 2 debt restructures.

Member of the Executive Team for CTX Builders Supply, a subsidiary of Centex Homes (Fortune 200 Company), that specializes in the manufacturing of building components, mill work and architectural/design. Brought in to the organization to help improve the results of the manufacturing operations and facilitate the growth of new operations. Grew revenues from $50 million to $300 million. Lead a team in raising $25M for the expansion of CTX Builders Supply.

Member of the Executive Team for BeautiControl, a subsidiary of Tupperware Brands, Inc. an international manufacturer of beauty products specializing in party-plan direct sales. Revenue size approximated $100 million.

Provided accounting and consulting services in the Dallas area. Engagements included:Performing Mergers and Acquisitions work including Tax Planning.Designing and implementing an accounting software package.Developing and implementing accounting policies and internal controls.Implementation of inventory control procedures.

Member of the Executive Team for Interceramic/Ceramic Tile International, an international manufacturer, wholesaler and distributor of ceramic floor and wall tile. Grew revenues from $20 to $300 million in the US. Successfully executed a $40M IPO for the building of a factory and 250,000 sqft warehouse. Grew the operations from 4 retail business units to 16 business units and 2 distribution centers. Streamlined the US Operations by developing and implementing a RF enabled warehouse management system, strategically creating distribution centers and implementing a uniform manufacturing and production planning systems.
