Over the past 7 years I gone from a salesperson who was fascinated with data to a career in data analytics where I've been able to work with teams to surface data and improve processes along the way.As a former manager once said, "Gilberto won't always know the answer right away but he will claw his way onto a solution we can use and implement for future success"When I started this journey, I was an intermediate Microsoft Excel user. Along the way, I improved into an advance level Excel user but eventually needed to move to new software such as SQL and Power BI to truly be able to extract, transform, and load data in a way end users could use on a daily basis to make the best decision to reach our goals.As I look at the next steps of this journey, I hope to join an organization who is always looking to improve processes and looks things from a different angle just in case something was overlooked or missed.
