Acted as an Account Manager, Sales Engineer, Customer Success Manager, Web Developer, and Inside Sales Representative for Stone Systems. Provided adaptive ski instruction for anyone with a disability. Participant disabilities range from anything physical, cognitive, or affective/sensory. Using a multitude of teaching techniques and a variety of adaptive equipment to teach individuals how to ski. Conducted CAP (Cognitive, Affective, and Physical) assessments on each participant to determine the most appropriate adaptive techniques. Facility maintenance including cleaning, shoveling, and equipment management.

Traveled to Rwanda to provide aid work to 13 different cooperatives across the country. Work consisted of agriculture, business training, public speaking, and photographic and video documentation of the trip. As well as, cataloging and organization of videos, video editing, and management of social media for the organization.

Provide a unique and luxurious experience for each guest. Trained in customer service and developing strong interpersonal relationships in a professional setting with clientele. As well as upselling customers on spa products and experiences.
