I would later go on to be promoted again to the position of fleet manager after spearheading the GPS tracking initiative requested by executive management.To this day I continue to work both as the fleet manager and as a continued member of the I.T. department, providing technical assistance to all members of the organisation as well as taking a technology focused approach to the management of 70 vehicles across 4 island branches. utilizing GPS tracking, mobile app based monthly inspection forms, and cloud hosted accounting software to compile and generate various types of data to save the company money, streamline operations, and ensure a safe and functional fleet.
