Duties:• Provide technical and clinical support of Renaissance spinal surgery system for departments of Orthopedics and Neurosurgery, Taipei Medical University Hospital. • Perform Renaissance spinal surgery clinical case report promptly, and report to supervisor.• Promote Renaissance spinal surgery system and Hysteroscopic Endo Operative System (HEOS) at northern and eastern Taiwan.• Collect and report the progress and marketing pattern of competitors, amend sales strategy promptly to distinguish our products from competitors, emphasize the benefits and gain good reputation for our products.Selected Accomplishments:• Promote new product HEOS to potential clients at northern and eastern Taiwan since August 2017, obtained permission for 2018 budgets or trails from Gynecology departments of academic medical centers and would-be academic medical centers within 6 months.

Duties:• Supervised the In-OEM team and maintain routine functions of the team. • Collect product specification (RUO antibodies, kits and reagents for biology and medical labs), arrange new product posting (300 products per month), product pricing.• Perform marketing analysis to set the product/marketing strategy.• Update product information, maintain product database; manage inventory; collect the information of potential alternatives.• Confirm the accuracy of product information; update packaging labels, datasheet and user manual.• Provide the Sales and Customer Service teams with necessary background knowledge and technical support to market products, Collect and provide product information of competitors for Production and R&D teams.• Liaise with current suppliers and negotiate contracts; introduce product to customers in roadshows and exhibitions; provide technical supports to customers.• Coordinate communication for different departments within companies.• Maintain and update ISO documents.Selected Accomplishments:• 2016 Best Performance Award at Abnova.• Supervised the In-OEM team of Product & Marketing Department from June, 2013 and improved work efficiency and performance in cross-sectoral affairs.• Maintain and manage over 30,000 products (RUO antibodies, kits and reagents for biology and medical labs), update and maintain product information, price and product database efficiently.• Acquainted with the advantages and characteristics of main suppliers.
