Our solution combines high-resolution digital still images with GPS positioning, allowing users to visualise networks and perform a range of measurements and digitisation functions from driven road surveys.Mobile mapping has now grown from being a very simple camcorder with GPS encoder to a highly sophisticated, very accurate mobile mapping system. With the addition of LiDAR equipment, Mobile mapping, and the data generated, is a very powerful tool for engineers, designers and performance managers.
