Grant is ambitious and determined to live a life of freedom, and help others achieve their freedom — inside and out. Founder of 4 companies, he is currently an anxiety coach at his company, Control Your Anxiety Coaching. A total nerd, Grant enjoys programming, calculus, and economics. When he’s not being a geek or helping his clients overcome their anxiety, he’s in the gym jamming to heavy metal and EDM. Grant struggled with anxiety and panic attacks on a daily basis for years. He couldn’t socialize properly, overthought every aspect of life, and was too anxious to even go to the grocery store. He took all the regular advice: go to therapy, take medication, eat better, have more friends, exercise, etc. But nothing worked. Under all of these outward improvements, he still lived in the draining, black hole of anxiety. Nothing ever truly changed. He continued to be trapped, and desperate for a way out. Grant took an intense, 6-year-long journey in overcoming his anxiety. He tried everything there was. Only when he got to The Cause did his life truly change. When he got to The Cause of anxiety and Let It Go, he finally experienced true freedom and that carefree feeling of childlike joy. Grant now teaches people how to overcome their anxiety and panic attacks within 12 weeks without therapy or medication. He brings lasting results into the lives of the people he works with, shows people how to escape the nightmare of anxiety, ands points them towards happiness.
