Staff Sergeant Killian was the Executive Operation’s Non-Commissioned Officer In Charge (NCOIC), Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Hanscom Air Force Base, Massachusetts. Staff Sergeant Killian is responsible for managing the PEO of Command, Control, Communications, Intelligence and Networks (C3I & N) conference rooms operational capabilities and its technical equipment valued at $3-million dollars. His expertise enables the Directorate to engage with SAF, MAJCOM and two GSUs remotely to effectively sustain the center’s 24 programs portfolio worth $1-billion dollars. C3I & N’s mission is to support the warfighter by delivering affordable and sustainable war-winning capabilities to the United States and international partners, on time, on cost, anywhere, at any time, from cradle to grave. Staff Sergeant Killian provides a critical communication bridge for the center and it’s over two thousand personnel including military, contractors, and civilians located throughout four divisions.

•Guide clients into safe exercise, taking in account to individual physical limitations •Lead Clients and occasional groups of all ages through personal workouts and skill development training•CPR and AED Certified through American Red Cross, including live skills•Educated clients on becoming more knowledgeable in both nutrition and exercise. •Introduced Individual Nutrition Plans for 12 clients that had an increase in muscle mass and decrease in body fat•Promote self-efficacy In individuals to build a better life both Mentally and Physically•Taught clients how to modify exercises appropriately to avoid injury•Arrive on time, prepare individual workout plans, and attentive toward every training appointment

•Utilizes the department’s Automated Military Postal System (AMPS) for DPM system to process receipt and dispatch all mail and pouches regardless of point of origin.•Collects, sorts and delivers incoming, outing and interdepartmental mail; operates various mail vehicles.•Receives and opens APO and DPO pouches as well as intra-post pouches. Distributes mail to the appropriate section/person; weighs mail/packages for correct postage; properly closes and dispatches mail bags/pouches according to established procedures and schedules; and coordinates shipments of heavy materials to Military and Civilian Units.•Drives an official motor vehicle for trips to the local Post Office and airport to pick up and dispatch all diplomatic mail/packages. •Receive and sorts outgoing U.S. mail; meters mail and processes for delivery to U.S. Postal Service; operates mail metering machines and electronic accounting system. •Receives and processes incoming and outgoing insured, certified, express and registered mail and parcels according to postal •Only registered mail clerk who is suitable to handle registered mail when assigned to service station •Prepares and processes necessary paperwork related to mail services; maintains records on quantities and descriptions of materials received and distributed. •Performs other duties as required such as delivery of supplies dependent on area or department of assignment.

My responsibilities at Dan Taylor Interiors consisted of creating a task plan with the Warehouse manager daily and implementing that specific plan. These plans made the delivery of materials to locations the most efficient way—communication and coordination with deliveries, clients, contractors, and property managers on-site. When given demolition projects I took a leadership role and provided on the job training for new employees. My responsibilities in the warehouse consisted of organizing orders and taking accountability of our inventory.
