C3I & N’s mission is to support the warfighter by delivering affordable and sustainable war-winning capabilities to the United States and international partners, on time, on cost, anywhere, at any time, from cradle to grave. Staff Sergeant Killian provides a critical communication bridge for the center and it’s over two thousand personnel including military, contractors, and civilians located throughout four divisions.

Distributes mail to the appropriate section/person; weighs mail/packages for correct postage; properly closes and dispatches mail bags/pouches according to established procedures and schedules; and coordinates shipments of heavy materials to Military and Civilian Units.•Drives an official motor vehicle for trips to the local Post Office and airport to pick up and dispatch all diplomatic mail/packages. •Receive and sorts outgoing U.S. mail; meters mail and processes for delivery to U.S. Postal Service; operates mail metering machines and electronic accounting system. •Receives and processes incoming and outgoing insured, certified, express and registered mail and parcels according to postal •Only registered mail clerk who is suitable to handle registered mail when assigned to service station •Prepares and processes necessary paperwork related to mail services; maintains records on quantities and descriptions of materials received and distributed. •Performs other duties as required such as delivery of supplies dependent on area or department of assignment.
