I've spent four decades in the hospitality industry that has taken me on a culinary journey across the globe. After graduating from Niagara Culinary Institute I was able to work in world class establishments all over from Australia, Europe, and Asia teaming with top notch hoteliers and restaurateurs. Culminating knowledge from experience and colleagues, I decided to open my own consulting business Scotch Myst where we create innovative food and beverage solutions that make sense.Also train and mentor passionate people from all walks of life in all aspects.
