Assignments involved working extensively with the Board, senior executives and management within each group. All assignments were completed to expectation and within timeframe. I held the following roles: - Listed Wealth/Life Manager - I was in charge with devising group strategy & platform development- Global Stock Broker & Investment Bank – Established a coherent distribution strategy gaining buy-in from key executives.- Global Fund Manager/ Research Institution – Formulated an entirely new retail proposition for the Australian market, and constructed full financial modelling and change management approach for implementation of the new retail business proposition.- Global Fund Manager /Senior Strategy Manager – Constructed an insight based impact analysis of the GFC on the Australian and New Zealand businesses for the Board and an assessment of merger/expansion opportunities- Australian Retail Financial Services Group – I advised the Board on business expansion and goal realization, and set out the strategic pathway for change, including a detailed change program.- Australian Retail Advice business $2+Bn FUM – I aligned all shareholders for a successful sale to institutional buyer in the midst of the GFC

I was charged with designing, developing and deploying innovative industry ‘break through’ advice solutions. I have delivered 3 major ‘7 figure’ revenue projects in AMPFP’s transformation generating substantial additional revenue and decrease FUM outflow. I provided leadership support of 4 national teams of senior managers and staff (60+).My key achievements also included being awarded the highest rating executive in the Leadership team for leadership behaviour (attaining top quintile rating in a global survey). I also devised a rapid implementation and capability up-skilling process for 1400 advisers, which improved advice and sales in given advice segments covering in excess of $37Bn FUM.

I was a key member of the design team of the industry’s first e-wrap investment platform.
