Diverger, through one of its underlying subsidiaries, offers a managed portfolio service called CAREphilosophy®. As of June 2023, the managed portfolios have $2.7bn FUM. As the Investment Analyst of the Team, my role is to:1) Portfolio Management Support for CAREphilosophy®: • Develop and maintain key analytical reports to that guide rebalancing decisions, aligning portfolios management outcomes with portfolio objectives. • Conduct thorough performance reviews and analytics on model portfolios, extracting insights that led to actionable recommendations and enhanced portfolio performance. • Produce comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports for the Investment Committee and clients, detailing portfolio performance and insights.2) Product Development and Launch Support: • Facilitate the launch of new products by managing cross-functional stakeholder collaboration, including investment research, due diligence processes, and disclosure document preparation. • Provide timely response to inquiries regarding portfolio construction and investment processes, including investable universe and investment selection process, risk management techniques, portfolio turnover, and management of liquidity and transaction costs. 3) Adviser Engagement and Communication: • Address portfolio-related queries and incorporate feedback from financial advisers to continuously improve service delivery and client satisfaction. • Deliver presentations on our investment philosophy and process, strengthening adviser engagement and confidence in the managed portfolio service.4) Research and Approved Product List Oversight: • Maintain relationships with platform providers, fund managers, and product issuers, delivering thorough research for the in-house Approved Product List. • Provide advisers with guidance on in-house and external investment options, facilitating informed portfolio construction for clients.
