An in-house solution was delivered and tested, resulting in “Go Live” 10 months later gained efficiency through STP and reduced head count of 1.50 Involvement in other key Corporate Action Projects:New Global Back Office Processing System • Applied Corporate Actions expertise to play a significant role, where my assistance was a factor for the UK office (out of 5 other global locations), to “go live” first. Project completion including 6 months UAT made on time. Constant liaison with system developers and IT Dept and assisted other overseas offices ahead of their “go live”. Internal Outsource of Income Processing Function To Nomura Services India• Managed outsource project from start to finish (go live 6 months later). Conducted due diligence, feasibility studies, completion of SLA’s, remote access system testing and delivery of 2 months training, (1 month remotely to Mumbai, and a further month 1:1 in the UK office), other departments now also utilise India and follow project modelAutomatic Entitlement Generation – Bloomberg Project Launch• Organised and planned the Bloomberg project, which involved replacing Telekeurs with Bloombergs (BB) data. Tested and analysed BB data feeds. Through reliable performance made decision to change sources. With high accuracy and improved timeliness, took further decision to implement automatic entitlement generation, saving the team 1.50 man hours a day-
