My responsibilities include Software Development on PrefSuite (Fenestration ERP Software), writing Project Specifications, Training end users, Troubleshooting, and maintaining our databases. In addition I was the EFCO contact for the assistance of non-EFCO users of our custom engineering software (mostly AutoCAD based software additions) in a troubleshooting and technical support role from 2013 to 2017.

I was responsible for handling warranty claims, determining causality of problems, coordinating repair crews, administering "back charges", and submitting suggestions for product alterations to avoid problems for end users.

I prepared shop drawings based from Architectural drawings, Structural Drawings, Internal design documents, and business correspondence in order to give instruction for product to be built in the factory as well as instructions for how the material was to be installed into the building.During this time I was a draftsperson in EFCO's regular production drafting and later in Special Projects and High Custom groups.
