Customer Success Manager
CurrentMy role at Hootsuite involves owning and managing a book of business, including renewals and upsells, while working with them as their strategic advisor to achieve success through Hootsuite and their range of partner products. This also involves building and maintaining relationships and ensuring a high level of expertise in both the Hootsuite range of products and industry trends in the broader social media/digital marketing environment. I lead regular value-based conversations with clients and actively monitor adoption metrics to ensure client success and identify potential expansion opportunities or risk factors. I'm also the voice of my clients within Hootsuite, advocating for new product features and improvements to our internal product team. A key part of my role involves building relationships and working closely with multiple internal teams to deliver maximum value to my clients while guiding them on their social journey.
