•Installation and commissioning of new CCTV and Access Control systems and periodic routine maintenance of current installed systems. •Experience with VIP, Watchguard, Samsung, Pelco, Pacom, Titan, Security Commander, Forcefield, and ICT Protege eSecurity. •WorkCover NSW General Construction Induction (White Card). Working at heights experience – competent operator: Scissor Lift, Boom Lift, Knuckle Lift and Forklift. •Manage repair documentation whilst troubleshooting for clients systems, keeping detailed records of field measurements and data backup. •Enact successful repairs by applying technical skills and operations knowledge, whilst adhering to safety protocols by implementing routine tests and guaranteeing accurate and safe equipment handling. •Manage quality control initiatives to eliminate downtime, increase revenue and discover/resolve issues that affect project outcomes.

•Primary point of contact for all IT & Communications related issues.•Onsite liaison between the Hospital staff and Contractors.•Administer, repair, maintenance and technical support for all hospital Comms; Network Servers, Wireless Routers, PC’s, Printers, Hills Nurse Call Systems (Handsets, TV's, and Displays), Local Alarm System (LAS) Paging Systems, personal devices for Executive staff and Doctors (Android and Apple iDevices), Citrix and RSA tokens, Desk and Dect Phones. •Assist in solving complex technical issues for internal software; MS Windows 7 & 10 Professional and Enterprise desktop support. MS Office Suite 2007/2010/2013. MS Windows Server 2000, 2003, 2007.•Active Directory user set up, password management, company set up, user permissions and security. •Administration of in-house IT and maintenance documents. •Assisting other team members with daily routine maintenance checks and special projects.
