As Head of Learning Technologies, I manage the team of learning technology coordinators spread across Australasia, and including the colleges of Taylors College, Martin College, Australian Institute of Applied Sciences (AIAS), Australian College of Physical Education (ACPE), the ACPE Academy, Charles Sturt University Study Centre, ANU College, FISC and other university partners. My responsibilities also include leading the exploration, testing and implementation of new and innovative technologies to support student learning across blended and online learning environments.I am also responsible for various major projects across the Study Group Australasia business, including the implementation of the Totara LMS for staff development, management of the Equella CMS environment, and am a member of the senior management team.

Led the expansion of TheCyberInstitute strategy and products, including elearning content for graduate and post-graduate management programs, as well as rapid deployable content for the management sector.

Led Saba's business consulting team throughout the Asia Pacific, rolling out Saba's learning, talent and performancement management applications to large corporate and government organisations.Led Saba's implementation teams in projects in Singapore (Singapore Government) and the United States (Fidelity and Federal Reserve).

Held numerous sales, technical and management positions with SkillSoft, and prior to that SmartForce and CBT Systems throughout the Asia Pacific over a 7 year period.
