Providing intellectual leadership across the organisation on operations, data analytics and market monitoring. Providing overall leadership regarding all service provider contracts and relationships and negotiate contract variations when needed. As part of the Senior Leadership Team, I contribute to the overall leadership and management of the Authority and champion the Authority’s mission, vision and values.

I led several back office teams to ensure Contact Energy is a successful electricity retailer, and Contact's customers have a smooth and trouble free relationship with Contact. This included managing the customer switching operations, the metering asset base of leased and Contact owned meters and all field work including meter reading.My experience includes managing the outsource contracts and tendering of work. I was instrumental in the various smart metering contract negotiations. I also have experience outsourcing back office processes to a specialist overseas processing company. I was also heavily involved in the SAP implementation as the business owner for the metering, fieldwork and switching parts of the business.

Setting up Indeserve's metering business and processes to be able to successfully fulfill Indeserve's newly gained metering field services contract. This included establishing and manage the metering field services, using a combination of staff and contractors.
