Grant Dalton is a passionate and hard-working young professional with his BBA in Computer Information Systems from Georgia State University's Robinson College of Business.Grant currently works as an IT Support Specialist for SalesLoft based in Atlanta.Grant was previously an IT contractor for Thompson Technologies assigned to Chick-fil-A, Inc in Atlanta. While in this role, Grant grew his technical knowledge and further developed his customer service skills. He started as a deployment technician, assisting in provisioning computers using various technical systems and deploying computers in one-on-one settings and class-style orientations. While serving in this role, Grant provided in the field feedback as Chick-fil-A transitioned from a solely SCCM management system to co-managing using VMWare AirWatch. This included collaboration with the appropriate system administrators to relay changes and pain point. On occasion, Grant would serve as the point of contact for his team and even lead a new staff orientation, a responsibility typically carried out by the team captain or another staff member. He currently helps support the Chick-fil-A corporate office by providing end-user support for their laptops and mobile devices. This ranges anywhere from running updates to more in-depth, program specific assistance. Grant also assists in building Chick-fil-A's knowledge base by submitting articles for publication and editing.Grant enjoys volunteering with local churches and ministries by offering his technical knowledge, his ability to run live sound, and musicianship. He regularly attends SouthCrest Church where he is a member of the worship ministry and has been since 2014. He also enjoys attending car shows with his family and wife and working in the garage.
