ABC Events is a commercial events management company. Their portfolio ranges from small private functions right through to large scale conferences and events for leading brands including Tesco, Sky and British Gas.Tasks included:- Responding to incoming enquiries, up-selling and cross-selling services and maximising potential revenue for the business.
- Coordinating the event by communicating with the client, venue, suppliers and our operations team whilst sharing the clients vision of the event that we are organising.- Managing client accounts by providing existing clients with a high level of service and establishing strong working relationships to increase the likelihood of repeat business. Also involved in business development through cold telesales and meeting potential clients.

Based in the heart of the city, Cabaret Voltaire is renowned for bringing the best in arts, electronic and live music to students and beyond. Tasks included:- Liaising with promoters and agents to ensure all DJs and live acts have transport, accommodation and equipment in order for the performance to run smoothly.- Promoting the venue and events by updating the club website and via all social media platforms, ensuring all Facebook events were created and updated regularly- Booking DJs, bands andother acts in a timely and cost-effective manner to maximise revenue for the venue
