I am a fellow in the Springboard Software Development bootcamp, currently planning on finishing my studies by July of 2024. I am learning Full-Stack development, and hope to use the skills I am learning to merge with my interest in music, whether it be for a music centric company, or developing web apps to help fellow musicians.I graduated summa cum laude from Park University with BBA with a focus in management in 2015. Since that time, I have worked in a variety of industries. For the last four years, I have worked for two major auto insurance firms, primarily settling bodily injury claims, with commendations for customer experience/satisfaction and timely settlements. With one of these firms, I have also worked on a performance management team, focusing on honing and refining the skills of fellow adjusters. This experience has given me excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure. I have been working in professional and office settings for over 8 years. Through my work I have acquired a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and customer service/experience. I'm passionate about solving problems, and creating efficient and personalized solutions.
