• Manage monthly management reporting of business units with production of CFO's report to executive committee and board and monthly Business Performance Reports to executive group• Undertake analysis of financial performance of the company and investigate major variations from budget or forecast targets, preparing reports as required• Responsible for co-ordinating the annual opex and capex budgeting and reforecasting cycles for Perth Airport with the team of Business Partners. These processes are complex with a large number of stakeholders and as such require careful timetabling and effective communication• Provide applicable advice to the CFO, Financial Controller and Corporate Finance & Commercial Manager with projects such as specific year-end issues.• Preparation of regulatory reports for Perth Airport and related entities for compliance with the Trade Practices Act through through the preparation of the ACCC Airport Monitoring Report using activity-based costing within the required timeframe (both Opex and Capex).• Analysis, reforecasting and formulation of Perth Airports 10 year strategic plan targets• Approval and analysis of all new business cases requiring capital investment at Perth Airport• Support and supervise all capital expenditure related activities including business case support for new projects, ongoing financial project support and close-out of projects

Responsible for providing strategic/tactical financial modelling, planning, business analytics and operational optimisation analytics. Functions include:• Assessment of various capital projects within PAPL Capital Program and assist in the development of of capital expenditure proposals • Management & Preparation of 10 year rolling company Capital Budget • Support the development and management of Aeronautical Prices and Services Agreements • Performing financial and risk analysis through all departments, compiling all data, trends, and other information to conduct a thorough and complete analysis
