• Lead the Orientation Sessions for all New Hires and coordinate with each Team’s Leadership on scheduling New Hire Training at the flagship Whole Foods store• Assist Team Members with technical issues, show them how to navigate our company applications, and coordinate with the Help Desk to resolve login issues• Lead the Team Trainer meetings• Assist all Team Trainers in achieving their training goals• Work closely with Store Leadership to disseminate information and aid in communication with Team Members• Create training materials, presentations, and documents for tracking progress of Team Members

• Assist Team Members with navigation and completion of eLearnings• Make well defined schedules to accomplish training goals• Create Training Huddle materials and facilitate training and retraining• Cover OSHA protocols with New Hires and be a model of safety• Take initiative to help all areas of the department and fill in as acting Leadership when needed• Train new and experienced Team Members on the floor

• Provide excellent Customer Service, going above and beyond on a regular basis• Adapt to changing policies and procedures in a fast-paced environment• Take initiative to continue learning new things and having new experiences in order to grow as an employee• Prepare ingredients, make orders, and maintain a clean workspace
