For Power Integration Project – Handle Team of 7 members to support the Bot Deployed in the Production.Account Payable Invoice Processing Automation includes the continuous enhancement to bring down the Manual Invoices Processed by ‘Managed Services’ team.Account Payables Invoice Processing conducted within the Power Integration, Finance and Accounting department.Address low confidence Invoice failing on the defined confidence score based on the Invoice PDF quality and define template for them to enhance the Confidence score fit for bot Processing.Suppliers sends the Invoices in the Mails; Bot will open them and download the attachment. Validation is done on the quality of Invoice against the Score mention in the system.Oracle EBS will perform the validation and process the invoices.Managed Service team will look into the Low confidence and Exception invoices. Make correction by defining the template and re-push the Invoice to the Oracle EBS system for Processing.

Worked on the Role of RPA-Developer with Team Lead Responsibilities. It involves partner with PO to understand, Analyze, refine and Communicate Business needs so that the technical team can build the Effective Solution. Co-ordinate with Clients to gather the Requirement and formulate them in Required Documents. Recent Deployment includes the Critical ‘Upgradation of the Existing Production Bots to new PeopleSoft Application’.  During the releases, Existing Production Bots were selected, and team re-calibrate it to updated PeopleSoft Fluid Application used in the Navigational flow of the Client Process. Upgradation of the Existing Production Bots to new PeopleSoft Application’: -o 22 Productions bots were divided into 5 Developers for Upgradation.o Recalibrating the Existing Production bots in Automation Anywhere to new PeopleSoft GUI.o Recalibration includes – Object cloning, Excel operations, Email Operation and PDF Integration, OCR operation, check on Delay and Wait commands.o While Upgradation care should be taken of not altering the existing operational flow and functionality of bot.o Successfully completed phrase wise and finally everything is re-deployed in Production.

ECG process was new standard requirement at application level.● ECG process needs to eliminate the traditional SFTP (Secure file transfer protocol) which needs.Change to the existing JCL and COBOL codes and forthcoming project required.● Worked as the SME on the implementation and the Execution of the ECG process.● Gathering the target application credential, raise the request at application level and submit it.● Once the request gets approved after 14 working days, need to capture the new credentials.● Furnish the information to all existing and new server and password and replace them with new credential values.● Check all the connection by sending a sample file to get acknowledgement.● Implement and deploy the updated JCL and impacted COBOL program to Production region.● Monitor the working of the new credential in the target application by logging in to the ECG portal file checking.● In case of failure report the issue to the Helpdesk and get the SR ticket resolved.● Create the code set extracts for the UHN portal specific to Provider area tables.● Extraction of data from the table based on SQL query.Streamline the Data Migration/Refresh task and implement it to application level.Data Migration needs the transfer of the Production region data to the testing environment. Initially this process takes nearly about 45 hours to transfer the data from the Production region to the target UAT/SysTest region. In case of more than one region, it takes more effort nearly about 70 hours.But the complete process was automated and streamlined and reduce to just 10 hours.

Core member for the area which include the UHN Reporting Code Set Extracts which help the industry to have the required information from the provider table in the well-establish format.Worked the Subject matter expert (SME) on the implementing the ECG process in the provider system at Application level. ECG stands for Electronic Configuration Gateway, which enables the secure transfer of the data file between the host and target application.
