 Acted as the lead contact for all production needs for multiple customers, including the largest account comprising over a quarter of the facility’s revenue.  Customized a new project management process to manage new and revised business opportunities and launches, acting as the location’s sole Project Manager.  Coordinated inventory, supply chain, ERP, scheduling, and shipping requirements for all production orders to assure commitments to customers were met. Redesigned and automated multiple daily and weekly reports into one condensed daily report to deliver more information, more frequently while cutting the processing time by over 60%.  Built, maintained, and disseminated internal reports to help track and improve company performance in areas such as on time delivery, inventory maintenance, and accurate forecasting. Coordinated and hosted regular customer visits for trials, first runs, and review meetings.
