Maintained and improved Helpdesk, WWWH's support ticket system which handled thousands of replies per day and helped WWWH staff achieve their high standard of support. Worked with stake holders of Helpdesk as the product owner and scrum master ensuring development of staff feature requests were addressed. Created and contributed to open source projects which were integral to WWWH applications. Wrote technical articles on the WWWH engineering blog covering the invisible upgrade process of Helpdesk. Completed performance audits to pin point slower parts of Helpdesk and implemented plans to improve overall site speed. Peer reviewed code changes through pull requests on Github.
