In my role, I directed all facets associated with marketing and promotions activities for KJNB, including production and management of all on-air promos and PSA's. I headed development and deployment of strategies to optimize brand awareness/market positioning. I liaised with social media director to enhance digital presence across key platforms, involving Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. I also oversaw operations surrounding live event planning, contest promotion, and giveaways. I managed schedules/calendars for promotional production shoots, edits, and launches.• Led successful launch of a third affiliate station in 2018, Northeast Arkansas' myNetworkTV/Northeast Arkansas' MeTV.• Steered rebranding of the station during fall of 2017 to Northeast Arkansas' FOX and CBS under one identifiable brand and logo strategy.• Directed development and production of news/online content such as "This Is Home Today", a lifestyle segment in our nightly news orchestrating events, fundraisers, and goings-on within Northeast Arkansas.• Increased community outreach for the channel by initiating branded campaigns like "KJNB SuperKids," which highlights kids across Northeast Arkansas doing great things for their community.• Won Addy awards from the American Advertising Federation of Northeast Arkansas by launching promotional campaigns around Super Bowls LIII, LIV, and LV and utilizing brand image strategy of "This Is Home".• Produced 30 minute specials, including "Northeast Arkansas' Farm Families of the Year", featuring families important to the agriculture industry across the state, and "Hindsight 2020", to look back at the unforgettable pandemic in the year of 2020.• Attained Gold Hermes Award in the Fund Raiser category for "#JonesboroSTRONG: A Living Room Rally," a one-hour special in the wake of Jonesboro's 2020 tornado, presenting celebrities from all over the world requesting viewers to donate to the American Red Cross.

I headed development and deployment of tactical strategies to optimize brand awareness/market positioning. I liaised with the social media director to enhance digital presence across key platforms, involving Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. I oversaw operations surrounding live event planning, contest promotion, giveaways. I managed schedules/calendars for promotional production shoots, edits, and launches. This role ran concurrent with my position at KJNB-TV, where I was full-time Promotions Director for two television stations and six television channels.• Aided in successful launch of a second affiliate station, West Tennessee's CW 39 during August 2018 and signing on as an affiliate of H&I and myNetworkTV through summer of 2019.• Created several 30 minute programs, including WNBJ's "Salute To Veterans", the West Tennessee Strawberry Festival Grand Floats Parade, and multiple Shop Local specials.• Launched multiple promotional campaigns, including Travel Local, an initiative that included sponsors asking viewers to sightsee and travel all the great locations in West Tennessee.
