• Management of 3PL providers and appraisal against SLA expectations• Manage and monitor daily in/outbound activities and communicate production/distribution priorities• Synchronising logistical operations and integration of information with supply chain partners.• Manage and scheduling of primary distribution and stock replenishment of outsourced depots• Development of annual budgets• Monitor and manage annual budget spend• Monthly review and reporting on department performance • Manage entire inventory control function of finished goods, dry goods & point-of-sale inventories • Accurate inventory availability data for customer demand fulfilment.• Analyse and interpret inventory reports for availability, forecasting and planning requirements• Oversee and manage regular cycle counting, stock takes & reconciliation reports.• Monitor and report on inventory variances, inventory turns, risk and obsolete stock and reduction initiatives• Develop and improve operational procedures in support of increased efficiencies and reduced costs• Oversee excise submissions and reconciliations• Manage, control and reconcile all returnable packaging movements• KPI Management and appraisal of staff members• Manage all forklift and equipment maintenance and service requirements• Comply with Occupational Health and Safety standards and all quality management procedures • Review and adherence to interdepartmental service level agreements
