Improved organisation’s already excellent results in mandatory tests by 15%.• Responsible for good stewardship of ~£10 million of high tech vehicles and equipment, including appropriate storage and compliance with H&S procedures. External audit gave a “best practice” ranking.• Key achievements: Elevated to the rank of Major for six months to command the Rear Operations Group (65 personnel strong). Planned and executed a trekking expedition to Chilean Patagonia for 20 people.
