In April 2015, I was hired as account manager in order to grow relationships within multiple accounts, including Engineering Firms, Law Firms, Community Management Companies, and Commercial Real-estate Management Companies. Through my relationship building skills, I exceeded the yearly sales minimum within four months of hire. I did this by building on key relationships with homeowners associations, association management companies, construction defect attorneys, forensic engineers, architects, and commercial property managers.

In this, my first full-time sales position, I generated home improvement sales throughout Denton County by following up on word-of-mouth leads. As a new sales professional, I was pleased to have increased revenue 300% within the first 90 days. The company averaged just over $30,000/month in 2009. By the end of 2010, company averaged $100,000/month, increasing profit margin from 10-12% to 30%. I attribute that growth to implementing such tools as Zoho CRM as well as implementing Google PPC, Home Adviser, Angie's List, Houzz, and Answer Connect to drive sales and public awareness.

I co-founded this lawn service company as a 12-year-old, sharing operating and administrative duties with brother.
