I have more than 20 years of experience in economic research and economic consulting at a leading Swiss institute for empirical economic analysis and policy advice. I lead the market areas of industry analysis, impact analysis and public finance, delivering insights and solutions to clients from various sectors and levels of government. I am also a member of the company's Executive Board. I have a Diploma and Master's degree in Economics from the Albert-Ludwigs-University in Freiburg im Breisgau, where I also received the Friedrich-August-von-Hayek-Prize for my outstanding academic achievements. My passion is to develop solutions for decision-makers in politics, business and society using sound, data-based analyses. I believe that evidence-based decision-making can contribute to the common good.
