Our client, Canary, develops products that enable everyone to protect the people and places that matter most. They aim to make the communities we live in safer and smarter by re-imagining how people connect with each other and with the important places in their lives. In this position I am tasked with enabling this vision through multiple responsibilities, the most important of which include:• Performing high level troubleshooting on hardware, mobile apps, and networking issues.• Working with engineering and product teams on identifying emerging customer issues.• Empowering customers and advocates to be masters of their technology through proactive education.• Tracking incoming feedback from customers and advocates to help improve the product and online resources.• Triage and resolve complex issues over multiple channels (phone, email, chat, social media)• Contact customers with escalated issues in a timely manner• Act as final point of contact for the customer
