Human Resources Administrator
Current➤ Administering, monitoring, and coordinating the Department's Human Resources Unit to support 230 employees.➤ Handling recruitment, onboarding, benefits and payroll, training and development, and performance management.➤ Contributing to employee relations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and performing human resources analytics.➤ Developing, administering, evaluating, interpreting, and monitoring compliance with policies, programs, and procedures.➤ Ensuring consistent interpretation and administration of federal/state laws and the Collective Bargaining Agreements.➤ Researching, analyzing, developing, planning, implementing, coordinating, and delivering training programs.➤ Overseeing risk management and safety programs to address organizational development and effectiveness issues.➤ Maintaining and updating training reports to ensure proper completion and filing/disseminating them as required.➤ Serving on the State Labor Management Committee and on the agency's Joint Loss Management Committee.➤ Serving as a member of various state workgroups to effectively develop, review and update policies and procedures.➤ Providing guidance and support for organizational development to meet short- and long-term goals and objectives.➤ Processing and reviewing candidates' pre-employment Motor Vehicle Records in accordance with RSAs.➤ Administering the agency's drug/alcohol and CDL programs under Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration rules.
