I'm responsible for driving, facilitating, coordinating, and creating PERRLA's products and services. From research to design to implementation, I ensure that our products are aligned with student's interests at heart.I wear four distinct hats in this role: Design, Product, Communication, & Marketing. As a designer, I'm responsible for ensuring that the design of our product keeps students' needs at the center of our work. As a product manager, I can ensure that our designs are implemented in efficient and effective ways. Because these two major roles cover multiple disciplines, I am in a unique position to help promote healthy communication across our company. Finally, in an effort to expand our business, I can apply my design, research, and product skills as needed to our marketing efforts.

I am responsible for the design process of all our products and platforms. I conduct user research through interviews, surveys, in the field conversation, and ethnographic studies. I then consolidate and integrate this research into usable data (personas, empathy maps, user maps, etc.). Using this information, I create various design solutions that address the user's needs, the companies priorities, and the developer's abilities. This step also includes low and high fidelity mockups, working prototypes, and user testing. Once a design has been proven to be effective, I work directly with Development to ensure that the product is built to specifications and meets the goals identified at the beginning of the process.In addition to my design responsibilities, I also am part of the quality assurance process, create any Help or Tutorial material, advise on marketing steps, oversee social media direct messages, and consult with management on future steps for the company.As a design team of one in a small company, I wear many hats and actively pitch in on any task that needs accomplished. I am an good team player and excel in the interpersonal dynamics.

The UP Project is a yearly summer mission trip for high school and college students that emphasizes the strengths of individual students, their calling as a Christian, and the ways that their faith intersects with the needs of the world.My responsibilities with the UP Project include: an executive leadership role in organizational direction, management, and activity, coordinating with local service opportunities and educational experiences through weekly conference calls with organizers around the country, working with the national denomination administration to coordinate youth efforts to better serve our denominational and congregational needs, selecting yearly location in coordination with local congregations to create trips that will provide the greatest benefit for both students and churches, teaching yearly course on Social Justice in the Church and mentors students on incorporating their faith into local social justice actions., creating and distributes UP Project educational, marketing, and programming literature, managing daily activities for 25 students (on average) for each yearly trip, and communicating with students mid-year to coordinate student led initiatives.

As a Master of Divinity student, I focused my studies on theology and ethics with an emphasis on embodiment theology. Embodiment theology explores the intersections of physicality (what it means to be/have a body), faith practices, and the circumstances of the modern world. My senior thesis explored the implications of personhood (what it means to be a person today) for individuals with Alzheimer's Disease.

Manage and distribute promotional sports and entertainment tickets for company recruitment, retention, and reward through twenty plus departments with over 20,000 employees. Organize schedules for multiple executives and conference rooms. Facilitate, organize, and process sponsorship requests for all departments across Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Foster and maintain positive relationships between departments and external organizations through institutional interaction. Create documents and presentations for executive leadership. Manage front desk operations and multiple phone lines. Plan and execute conferences, board meetings, and outreach events including catering, housing, scheduling, transportation, and hospitality. Assist in grant preparation and production between Vanderbilt and other Nashville higher-education institutions.. Maintain digital and paper archives of VUMC Sponsorship contracts.

Actively pursued new leads and sales by building personal relationships with clients and cold calls.Proactively managed personal and corporate accounts across my region. Partnered with other local team agents to pursue larger business opportunities and to lead the state as the leading high performance sales division. Honored as Fireball first-year Sales Agent for outstanding sales. Exceeded or met sales goals three out of four quarters while active.

Managed and waited upon a section of four to six tables during lunch and dinner shifts full time. Set-up, opened, and closed the restaurant for business hours.

Organized a worship team of 7 individuals for weekly Sunday morning service for 120+ congregants. Lead Sunday morning services in conjunction with the head pastor. Coordinated audio/video support for the church. Partnered with lead minister to address congregational pastoral care concerns and ministries. Assisted with basic office functionality and congregational activities.
