I am the current 2016-2017 Secretary for the Association of Latin American Students at Georgia Southern University. My position's duties include but are not limited to: Notifying members of meetings via e-mail at least 24 hours in advance.Keeping accurate records of all meetings.Maintaining accurate list of members and their contact information.Preparing ballots for elections.Keeping copy of constitution and have available for members.Taking care of administrative logistics, including room reservation, office space rental and tabling events.Preparing agenda at least two days before meeting.

As a Sales Associate I assisted customers as well as worked the cash register, opened the store and set up the outside before the store opened as well as closed and cleaned the store with a manager on duty, and helped with unloading and stocking products from the delivery trucks to the appropriate places weekly.
