Peter Maccallum offers care and treatment to cancer victims across Australia, in June 2016 Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre hospital is relocating to the Victorian Comprehensive Cancer Centre (a $1 Billion) facility purpose built for cancer research, treatment and education.Projects & Responsibilities:• Building Redevelopment Program – Application Reconfiguration project• Build and lead a team of business analysts to review the current IT applications environment and identify changes required to ensure operation following the move.• Coordinate the implementation of implementation of new systems and changes to existing system• Design the building access model, driven by Active Directory credentials, accommodating multiple treatment partner organisations.• Coordination of multiple teams across the hospital to decentralize the reconfiguration and testing of over 250 applications.
