What I find most rewarding with my career is the ability to: Communicate the importance of a solid safety program and the lives that it can save. Constantly Striving to improve a safety culture where safety becomes 1st priority on and off the job.The daily of Educating, inspecting or evaluating workplace environments, equipment, or work practices to ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies and government regulations such as OSHA, Cal OSHA, ANSI, NFPA etc.Develop and maintain the site safety plan (IIPP) and safe work practices, policy, hygiene programs, such as noise surveys, continuous atmosphere monitoring, ventilation issues and all that can cause injury. Investigate incident and injury the adequacy of ventilation, exhaust equipment, lighting, or other conditions that could affect employee safety health, comfort, or performance at the work place.Promote Stop/Pause Work Authority and the many tools that can be utilized to promote the power of continuous communication. Facilitate daily safety meetings, promote company and client awareness campaigns.Investigate health-related complaints in the many industries I have served. To conclude, I enjoy inspecting all facilities, from refinery's to oilfield, transportation to construction by ensuring that they comply with public health, safety & environmental regulations. This is the life I live and values of who I am!
