My role at ISB Technologies is to facilitate the process for clients to find the best possible software solution for their business as follows:- Approaching customers who can benefit from our solutions, typically in the real estate development space (PropTech), payroll and freight & logistics industries (FreightTech)- Setting up meetings and meet potential clients to assess whether our solution could be a fit for their business needs.- Deliver presentations and highlight the importance and benefits of digitalization to change a business model and provide new revenue and value-producing opportunities via the use of business intelligent software.- Compile proposals in line with business requirements.- Entertain discussions in relation to specific customer requests- Follow up on clients’ queries and act as an intermediary between the client and the development team at ISB Technologies.

-Helping with the daily running of the outlet-Upsell products and electronics particularly IT related products-Keep IT section up to date and attractive-Provide customers with quotations and recommendations-Help with reaching sales targets as highlighted by the management-Come up with suggestions to help improve the sales process and overall image of the brand

- Scrutinizing newly registered accounts diligently- Dealing with Payments queries and escalations- Building customer portfolio and see the bigger picture- Identifying potential fraud rings and escalating them accordingly- Adhering to legislations, jurisdictions and relevant protocols- Verifying documents, passports, utility bills, bank statements and adhering to the KYC process- Alert for linked accounts and potential fraud scenarios- Helping customers verify their accounts- Have a sharp eye for forged documents- Escalating payment queries to the respective partners- Blocking suspicious accounts using special techniques- Requesting and verifying documents- Identify fraudulent patterns and escalate them accordingly- Process payments- Handle Tickets- Communicate with players via email regarding their accounts- Assisting customer support team on chat with queries related to player accounts- Escalating missing deposits & withdrawals to payment providers- Evaluate processes and pass adequate feedback on how these can be improved- Following AML procedures ensuring that the business is compliant at all times- Assisting colleagues and working in a team
