Human Resources Recruiting Specialist
CurrentResponsible for various tasks and duties to ensure that an organization attracts, hires, and retains the best talent. Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking, and referrals) to identify and attract potential candidates, also review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensure candidates meet the required job criteria and align with the client's organizational culture. Regularly update clients on recruitment progress and candidate status. Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment with selected candidates, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of candidates in the recruitment database Building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
